You can choose the level of support, based on your company needs. After the initial technical set-up of the platform by the Digital Circles Team, some clients train up internal "Power-Users" (Programme Directors, Programme Managers, Programme Administrators, etc.) and run all content via accredited in-house resources. This usually is the case when the platform is used continuously and at scale. Other clients use the Digital Circles Solutions for one-off or limited virtual initiatives (e.g., conferences, events) and prefer to use external Digital Circles experts for configuration, content or production of programmes. Digital Circles Platform is cloud-based and can be scaled to (almost) any size of event, from one-to-one sessions to large planery conferences or intimate workshops and team sessions.

Digital Circles uses its own embedded video system to enable virtual meetings, breakout groups, secure rooms for individual and team coaching, co-creation on white boards, polling functionality, social lounges and much more. However, some clients prefer to use their existing corporate video communication systems, like Zoom or Teams.
